At the foot of Montserrat, the land has been quietly making wine, oil and vermouth for centuries. The Bages valleys keep some of Catalonia's most discreet vineyards. The slopes around Collbató and El Bruc shelter olive trees that produce a singular, almost peppery oil — the famed olive de vera.
We've spent years walking these villages, sharing tables with the families who still press, ferment and macerate by hand. What we offer is what we love most: a slow, intimate way of tasting a place.
Nothing here is mass-produced. No coaches, no crowds — only small groups, real producers and the silhouette of Montserrat as a constant companion.
